Prezent AI Raises $30M to Transform Life Sciences Storytelling

Prezent AI pairs AI with human presentation engineers to convert complex clinical data into brand-ready decks in minutes, not weeks

Enterprise business presentation AI platform Prezent AI has raised $30 million, led by Multiplier Capital, and acquired Prezentium to strengthen its enterprise presentation platform, founded by Rajat Mishra, to transform life sciences presentations.

The $30 million round also witnessed participation from Greycroft and Nomura Strategic Ventures, along with existing backers and several new investors. Investors placed the combined business at about $400 million, signaling confidence in Prezent AI’s fast path to enterprise scale.

“Our customers care about outcomes, not products. Not just slides, but great business communication. While services businesses have traditionally provided these outcomes, AI makes a new reality possible,” says Rajat Mishra, founder and CEO of Prezent AI.

“Our north star is to provide experts when you need them and AI acceleration everywhere. That way, we deliver the outcome of great business communication – faster, better, cheaper,” added Mishra.

Prezent AI targets a core set of enterprise communication challenges that slow down productivity and consistency. Most business teams spend excessive time creating and formatting slides, often relying on costly external design agencies. In regulated industries like life sciences, presentations must meet strict compliance and branding standards, yet generic tools fail to understand domain-specific language or context.

As a result, organizations struggle with inconsistent messaging, duplicated content, and limited reuse of existing materials. Prezent AI addresses these pain points by offering an AI-powered platform that converts complex data into brand-aligned presentations in minutes, ensures compliance across teams, and enables seamless collaboration through centralized content libraries and workflow automation.

Why the acquisition matters

The Prezentium acquisition gives Prezent AI immediate access to a services engine and client roster focused on life sciences presentations, a vertical that demands domain accuracy and regulatory rigor. The acquisition of Prezentium also brings Prezent AI an established overnight presentation service and deep, sector-specific storytelling capabilities used by pharma and biotech teams.

“This acquisition is the start of a new chapter in building a complete AI + human-augmented lifecycle solution, supporting presentations from initial idea and narrative development, through slide creation and practice, to execution and delivery. More to come,” said Rajat Mishra.

Enterprise business communication, especially in life sciences, biotech, pharma, and tech firms, is a big spend area. Every major company needs slide decks, regulatory materials, sales narratives, etc. The recurring nature of presentations (regular, internal decks, QBRs, regulatory) provides stable revenue. Prezent AI already has many Fortune 2000 clients and reports over $10M ARR even before the latest rounds.

“The average enterprise has 15 different agencies and tools for business communication, which is inefficient and ineffective,” says Rajat Mishra.

Meanwhile, Present AI saves substantial time (50-70 percent) and reduces reliance on agencies (cost reductions of up to ~60 percent reported), so customers see immediate ROI. That makes the value proposition easy to sell. Investors like models where customers clearly save money/time.

Product and strategy — how the pieces fit

Founded and led by Rajat Mishra, the company pairs AI with human presentation engineers to convert complex clinical data into brand-ready decks in minutes, not weeks. Prezent AI built an enterprise presentation AI platform that connects APIs, presentation agents, and a company’s “presentation brain” so knowledge compounds across teams and workflows.

Multiplier Capital’s lead role underscores a growing investor appetite for domain-specific AI plays that combine software with services. Moreover, the deal reflects a broader trend: startups buying service firms to secure client relationships and accelerate revenue while they scale product capabilities.

With fresh capital in hand, Prezent AI will speed integrations and likely pursue further tuck-ins to expand its service footprint. Meanwhile, life sciences presentations should shorten decision cycles as teams exchange validated narratives faster.

In contrast to generic slide tools, Prezent AI emphasizes compliance, domain context, and human oversight, attributes that matter most in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Therefore, the company aims to position itself as the enterprise alternative to point solutions.

“Prezent stands out as a category-defining company operating at the intersection of AI, communication, and enterprise productivity. We invest in high-growth businesses delivering mission-critical solutions. Prezent AI’s platform, combined with its bold acquisition strategy, has the potential to reshape how enterprises communicate at scale,” said Ash Vaidya, Managing Director at Multiplier Capital.
