MemryX, an Edge AI semiconductor solutions provider, has raised $44 million in Series B funding to accelerate the production of its MX3 Accelerator chip and expand its cutting-edge AI processing solutions.

Focusing on compute-at-memory technology, the company aims to transform real-time AI applications, reinforcing its commitment to innovation through its MemryX Developer Hub. As a key player in ISC West 2025, MemryX continues to redefine Edge AI semiconductor solutions with groundbreaking advancements.

“We are thrilled to complete our Series B funding round, which will enable us to ramp our existing production best-in-class MX3 accelerator and complete the design of our groundbreaking MX4,” said Keith Kressin, CEO of MemryX.

A Paradigm Shift in AI Computing

The MemryX MX3 Accelerator chip delivers next-level AI processing solutions, consuming less than 10 percent of the power conventional GPUs require while enhancing efficiency.

With its advanced compute-at-memory technology, the chip enables Edge AI semiconductor solutions to power industries such as AI-driven Video Management Systems (VMS), Industrial PCs, and Edge Servers that demand real-time, low-power AI capabilities.

Designed for peak efficiency, MemryX’s compute-at-memory technology and dataflow architecture optimize accuracy and performance. Developers can access AI model benchmarks and tools through the MemryX Developer Hub, which provides crucial resources for refining AI processing solutions.

“Our software-first core architecture has enabled us to be extremely capital efficient while developing a robust software stack and supporting dozens of customers. It also provides a firm foundation to build our next-generation MX4 accelerator,” added Keith Kressin.

Strategic Growth and Global Expansion

With headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and offices in Bangalore, India; Taipei, Taiwan; and Hsinchu, Taiwan, MemryX is rapidly expands its influence. The Series B funding round, supported by HarbourVest, M Ventures, eLab Ventures, Motus Ventures, and Arm IoT Fund, reinforces market confidence in MemryX’s pioneering Edge AI semiconductor solutions.

The funds will drive R&D innovation, optimize manufacturing, and scale up MX3 Accelerator chip production. Transportation, IoT, industrial automation, and consumer electronics leverage MemryX’s AI processing solutions to enhance efficiency while minimizing power consumption.

MemryX at ISC West 2025

MemryX will showcase its MX3 Accelerator chip and advanced Edge AI semiconductor solutions at ISC West 2025 in Las Vegas from April 2-4. Industry professionals will gain insights into compute-at-memory technology and explore how MemryX’s AI processing solutions drive the future of AI-powered computing.

MemryX continues to lead the way in Edge AI semiconductor solutions by integrating compute-at-memory technology into next-generation hardware. With its robust MemryX Developer Hub, strategic investments, and expanding industry partnerships, the company is set to redefine AI innovation globally.
