Using native generative AI, the platform autonomously resolves over 93 percent of customer inquiries, cutting support costs by 81 percent. This platform enhances customer experience at scale, supporting over 50 languages.
Maven AGI’s technology is already in use by Tripadvisor Inc.’s support team, servicing over 30,000 hotels and restaurants across 43 countries. It handles diverse support requests, from simple profile changes to complex workflow tasks like payment updates and property ownership changes.
