Audos Raises $11.5M to Assist Solo AI Entrepreneurs Through Innovative Business Model

Audos plans to allocate the majority of its new seed funding toward onboarding new AI entrepreneurs, providing them with the capital

New York-based startup Audos has raised $11.5 million in seed funding to empower AI entrepreneurs by combining capital, human support, and AI tools into a cohesive program that transforms individual expertise into scalable AI businesses.

The funding round, led by True Ventures with support from Offline Ventures, Bungalow Capital, and notable individuals including Bjarke Ingels and Niklas Zennstrom, reinforces Audos’ mission to foster the next generation of everyday entrepreneurs.

Audos, launched in 2024 by Prehype founders Henrik Werdelin and Nicholas Thorne, has quickly positioned itself as a launchpad for solo founders. Its focus remains on enabling aspiring AI entrepreneurs to build sustainable, million-dollar AI businesses without technical expertise or personal financial risk.

Audos Democratizing AI Business Creation

The heart of Audos’ model lies in matching an individual’s skills with AI-powered business opportunities using a proprietary framework. This ensures founder-market fit, a key ingredient in any lasting venture. Rather than merely brainstorming ideas, the Audos Program turns intent into action from day one.

Four Pillars Supporting Success

The company’s growth engine is its four-pillar methodology:

  • The Million-Dollar Business Model: This codified system helps identify and support everyday founders with high-impact business ideas. It prioritizes profitability, sustainability, and genuine problem-solving, aligning each entrepreneur’s strengths with viable AI opportunities.
  • Rapid Market Validation: Entrepreneurs under the startup’s umbrella start by delivering real services. Audos handles the technical heavy lifting and customer acquisition, letting founders focus on building relationships and growing their audience.
  • The Audos Program: A seamless integration of AI tools and human mentorship, this system empowers entrepreneurs to conceptualize, build, and scale their AI businesses. Features such as automated customer service, data-driven decision-making, and self-updating applications ensure that these businesses run efficiently around the clock.
  • Aligned Capital and Support: In a departure from traditional funding models, Audos ties its success to the outcomes of its entrepreneurs. With flexible financing, revenue-sharing, and no upfront personal risk, the company creates a safety net and community that allows founders to grow at their own pace.

Investing in the Future

The New York-based startup plans to allocate the majority of its new seed funding toward onboarding new AI entrepreneurs, providing them with the capital and systems necessary to succeed. The company has already helped hundreds launch viable applications used by real customers.

This funding milestone marks a significant vote of confidence in Audos’ mission. As the AI economy evolves rapidly, Audos stands out by making it accessible—not just to coders or elite founders—but to driven individuals who bring unique perspectives and lived experience to the table.

With a dynamic model rooted in accessibility and founder empowerment, Audos continues to redefine what it means to start an AI business. By bridging the gap between human expertise and automation, Audos is not just funding startups, it’s building a movement of entrepreneurs who shape the future of AI-driven commerce.
