Software developer Farid Movsumov has launched Botmake, a super simple and clean chatbot creation tool that lets business owners design their own chatbots.
Businesses need to interact with their existing and target customers constantly to keep them interested in the products and services offered. But business owners and managers are not available 24/7 to answer questions and concerns.
Botmake, developed by Movsumov of Botmake.io, now allows businesses to develop a chatbot that can be embedded in websites to improve the experience of visitors, according to a Product Hunt post.
Chatbots are now considered essential for businesses as many customers now prefer chatting online over calling a customer service representative. Chatbots can also save money for businesses and companies and are easy to set up.
“I really love simple and clean products and I tried to develop [Botmake] in that way,” said Movsumov, who started developing Botmake in June.
Users can easily customise the look and feel of the chatbot to meet specific needs. They can also add functionality with apps developed by Botmake.io that are available on the startup’s app store.
Botmake comes in two different monthly plans – Free and Premium. The Free Plan features bots that can answer 200 questions, 10 answers with image, 10 answers with gif, among others.
For $19.99 per month, Premium Plan comes with a ton of features, such as visual preference, smart auto-complete, links in chat, smart typo fixing, 5000 total answers, 1000 total random answers, 200 answers with image, and 2000 additional rating points.
But why is Botmake not totally free? On its website, Botmake.io has this answer:
“Remember all those cool startups you used that were free but then they were acquired, shut down and now don’t exist anymore? It’s because free apps don’t make money, and therefore can’t survive. So if you want Botmake.io to survive, please support it and become a paid member”.
