American tech giant EPAM Systems is all set to acquire Israeli cybersecurity startup White-Hat. EPAM Systems, a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services, announced its acquisition of White-Hat Ltd on May 4, expanding its comprehensive cybersecurity expertise portfolio.
However, the exact amount of the deal wasn’t announced, but sources close to the development said that tens of millions of dollars and to include both cash and shares in closing the deal. EPAM, which is traded on the New York Stock Exchange and has a market cap of $25 billion, is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
Acquisition to help EPAM to grow stronger
